How do I book?

Simply submit your request detailing the service you are after and we will reach out to you through the contact channels you have provided.

Are there any cancellation fees?

Yes, only if the cancellation is made within 2 hours of the service start time. 1 hour will be charged. To cancel, simply call/text/call or email us.

How long does the cleaning take

This depends on the size of the house and items required to be cleaned, as well as tasks required. As a standard we book 2 hours minimum, if longer is required, this can be accommodated.

Are your cleaners pet friendly?

Absolutely! The presence of pets will not impact the cleaner's work.

Do you clean windows/ovens/fridges?

Yes we do, please see our "services" for all services provided. Feel free to discuss anything specific with us.
